A well known soup among the Chinese which replaced the fragrant mushroom for a deeper flavour and slowly simmer with carefully selected high nutritional value of ancient Chinese herbs for the aromatic flavour. Add in any of your favourite leafy veg, tau kee, fried beancurd or even more varieties of mushroom.

Besides using this easy and convenient packet as a soup with rice, you can add in to our top rave lotus root Mee Sua and yes you can use this as a steamboat soup base too.

Bak Kut Tea Soup 素古茶 (Suitable for 2 - 4 person)

Ingredient : Eryngii, Hericium, Konjac

Soup Base Ingredient : Black date 黑棗 , Red date 紅棗, Codonpsis 黨參, Angelica Sinensis 當歸, Solomon's seal 玉竹, Ligusticum striatum 川芎, Sea salt 海鹽

Cooking Instruction :

Boil for 10-15minutes, add water if desired and serve hot.
