Refund & Exchange Policy
We always offered our best quality to our valuable customer. Thus, all fresh and food produces purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, unless the item has been delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery.
If you are completely not satisfied with your fresh (perishable items) or food products, kindly inform us within 24 hours of the delivery date. It’s should come with snap picture of the defected items. Defected products will be replaced as soon as possible with the next delivery to your area to our own discretion.
Please note that all delivery charges and other handling fees are not refundable
No refund is given if the replacement item is of lower value due to promotion or whatever reasons.
Kindly ensure you keep the original tax invoice as proof of purchase.
For Perishable Items (e.g vegetables, fruits & etc)
- Send a brief description with snap picture/photo on your problem to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your purchase date.
- We may require you to pick-up the defected produce or we may need you to send it back to us via courier. Please pack the defected produce in clean packaging and chill it until the case is resolved.
Wonderland reserves the right to refuse any returned product where the procedure submitted or attached is not complete. Any report make after 24 hours will not be entertained as we are unsure how the produce is/ are being handled. (e.g exposure to high temperature, handling issue and etc). Please check the goods upon receiving and report to us immediately if you have concerned about on the produce quality.
For Dry Grocery Items
We will only consider to following items for return & exchange policy.
- The item is delivered in a damaged condition or exceed its expiry date.
- Item with manufacturer’s defect
- Deliver the wrong item(s).
Kindly ensure you keep the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from.
- Send a brief description with snap picture/photo on your problem to email@example.com within 72 hours of your purchase date.
- In certain case, we may pick-up the defected produce or we may need you to send it back to us via courier. Please pack the defected produce in clean packaging and chill it until the case is resolved.
If you have discovered quality defects of our products later than the grace period stated above, we reserve the rights not to replace or refund, on case-by-case basis.
We are unable to do returns for cash. No refund is given if the exchanged item is of lower value.
