能量鍋的振盪波對水、油、食物、人體有下列的作用:

對水的作用:振盪波會微小化水分子團,讓身體容易吸收水裡的元素,減少腎臟的負擔。能量鍋在加熱過程中會排掉負離子,如二氧化碳、氯、以及部分的氧,以致鈣、鉀、鈉、鎂等陽離子在水溫達42℃時不會形成石灰質。由於水裡的礦物質被留下來,以及水被微小化,因此水變的甘甜潤口。

能量陶鍋使用注意事項
能量鍋的結構和鐵鍋不同,鐵鍋因散熱太快無法聚熱,故無法用小火把食物煮熟,
任何食材要用小火烹煮才能把原味留下來。能量陶鍋的彈性不如鐵鍋,無法用大
火來烹飪,使用大火容易傷到陶質的鍋體。如果能用下列的方法來使用能量陶鍋,
您會發現能量陶鍋鍋在操作上更勝鐵鍋的簡單、方便及節省燃料。能量鍋在烹飪
的過程中使油不會裂解、氧化,可以確保您和家人的健康,也讓您美美的走進廚
房、美美的走出廚房。
使用陶鍋烹飪時請注意:
1.先擦乾鍋內的水,入油後再開瓦斯加熱。鍋內要先有油、水或食材,要避免空
鍋加熱。
2.陶質能量鍋蓄熱能力佳,使用平均的中、小火即可烹飪,很省能源,又可把食
物的美味及營養留下來。
3.冷凍食品不用退冰,可直接放入鍋內烹煮。加熱從冷藏室拿出來的陶鍋,請使
用平均的小火。
4.煎烤食物完畢後,鍋體的溫度會超過 300℃,請降溫後再沖洗。一般炒菜、煮
湯,鍋體的溫度較低,烹飪完畢後可立即沖洗。鍋體的硬度高過鐵器,可用鐵鏟烹飪及鐵刷刷洗。

5.能量陶鍋吸滿熱能需 90 秒的時間,之後才會對食材加熱,料理第一道菜會比
較慢。把第一道菜撈起來後,陶鍋不需要清洗,可以直接入油炒下一道菜,第二
道菜不會殘留第一道菜的味道;或是只需用巾擦拭乾淨鍋體,即可烹煮下一道菜,
如此一來可以省下許多時間。
6.油炸時,請先檢查有無一時的疏忽碰裂鍋體,在安全的條件下使用,請先入油
再開瓦斯。由於能量鍋在高溫中可使油不裂解、不起油煙、使用者會誤判油溫尚
未到達可油炸的溫度。使用者可用竹木筷子插入油中來觀察油溫的變化,待筷面
大量起泡,表示已達到可油炸的溫度。
Attention:
 The pottery cooking pot is very different from metal pots. Therefore, make sure 
NOT to apply the way you use a metal pot to the use of our pottery cooking pot. 
Make sure that you DON’T ADJUST YOUR STOVE RANGE TO HIGH 
FLAMES while you are using the pottery pot. Because a metal pot can’t retain 
heat, while using it you may need high flames to make sure your food is well done. 
However, pottery is a material that retain heat with ease; with this feature, the use of 
high flames will likely cause damage to the structure of the pottery. Besides, there are 
benefits of avoiding using high flames in cooking. First, the use of high flames is 
likely to spoil the nutrients of the food; the use of low flames, on the other hand, is 
better in preserving the original taste and natural nutrients in the food. Second, the use 
of low flames is more energy-saving. It reduces the amount of gas you use for 
cooking everyday. 
With the feature of pottery, make sure that you follow the tips we recommend when 
using our pots: 
1. Avoid leaving the pot empty on the flames:
Wipe out the water on the pot surface and pour in the cooking oil you need before 
you turn on the fire. Make sure there is ALWAYS something in the pot (e.g. oil, 
water, or food). 
2. Use medium to low flames:
Pottery is good at retaining heat. Medium to low flames are sufficient while you 
are cooking. This is energy-saving and guarantees that the food’s nutrients and good taste is preserved.

3. Dealing with frozen food:
To thaw frozen food, you don’t need to bring it to the room temperature. Just put 
it directly into the pot and cook it. However, make sure that you turn to LOW 
flames to cook it.
4. Avoid washing your pot when its temperature is too high
After you fry or roast food, because the temperature of the pot is relatively high, 
make sure you wash it after the pot’s temperature is lower. But if you are just 
stirring vegetables or boiling soup, you can wash your pot right after you use it. 
5. Wait for 90 seconds for the pot to absorb heat
It takes 90 seconds for the pot to absorb heat, so you need to wait a bit longer 
before you cook your first dish. After finishing your first dish, take out your food 
and proceed to your second dish right away. Between your first and second dishes, 
it is recommended that you wipe your pot slightly instead of washing it. This can 
save you some time. 
6. Frying
(a) Avoid using cracked pot when you do frying. Make sure that your pot is 
used under a safe condition in the frying procedure.
(b) Using wooden chopstick to measure the temperature of oil. Because the 
pottery quality prevents the cooking oil from emitting smoke and forming 
bubbles on its surface, to make sure if the oil has achieved appropriate 
temperature for frying, you can test it with a wooden chopstick. If the cooking 
oil surrounding the wooden chopstick has started bubbling, which is the sign
showing the oil has achieved a high temperature, you can start your frying procedure.
