Lavender Hydrosol Organic, Lavandula angustifolia (5220) is suitable for all skin types, having a pH value very close to the natural value. It is cooling and healing, and can be used before and/or after shaving.

By the way some hydrosols smell like the essential oil, and some don’t. It all depends on which (water-soluble) aromatic compounds end up in the hydrosol, and which to into the essential oil. Lavender is one hydrosol which is famous for not smelling very much like the oil.

This is a pure natural therapeutic quality food-grade hydrosol from France. All our hydrosols (hydrolats) are the pure and simple product from steam distillation. They do not contain alcohol or preservative. See also How to Use Hydrosols. Store in a cool place after opening for best results.

You may like to use a spraytop with this hydrosol. These reduce the throughput of air keeping the hydrosol fresher, and also you tend to use less. 
 

Once opened, keep them in a fridge for best results.
