Dandelion is well known for its supporting role in reduced and mindful eating. Its earthy flavour gives your engine a welcome boost. It can be used fresh in salads or brewed into a tea that goes well with spring dishes. German writer Goethe was a fan of dandelion and dedicated a poem to the plant. With lion’s tooth and pee-a-bed there are around 500 common names of this herb! We cannot remember all of them but are certain that spring is not the same without blowballs!
